AMA Positions Held
Vice President of Professional Development
Chris, our previous VP of Professional Development, has recently landed a role with Mariners Christian School (MCS). Throughout his time at CSUF, he also served as the Vice President of the Business and Data Analytics Club and gained valuable experience as a Data Services Intern with Ensign Services. Now, Chris is using his background in leadership, data analytics, and systems management to optimize MCS’s data systems, reporting workflows, and technology infrastructure.Â
“In my previous role as Vice President of Professional Development for the American Marketing Association (AMA), I led career-focused initiatives, organized professional workshops, and built partnerships that empowered students to develop technical, leadership, and communication skills, contributing significantly to my own professional growth in data and systems management.”
Well done, Chris, and thank you for motivating future AMA leaders!

Brooke is a recent CSUF grad. She credits AMA for many core experiences and skills she built that translated directly into her internship—and now part-time role—at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. She now creates content, manages social media platforms, coordinates influencer and partner events, and contributes to marketing campaigns highlighting the performing arts.
“AMA helped me land my first internship and eventual job. Now I have my dream job because of the experience I had in AMA and how it helped me start my career with experience in my desired work! I <3 AMA!”
